''21-Two One-'' is a romance and murder mystery visual novel game developed and published by BasiL for the PC, and later released for the Dreamcast by PrincessSoft. It features a cast of characters from both the visual novel and light novel adaptation based on the game. The story primarily resolves around the main protagonist, Takuya Kirishima, trying to figure out what the motive is behind the strange murders being committed at the hospital he works at. A large majority of the characters either work at the hospital, or they are patients. Other main characters include his childhood friend Seri Sakaki, a happy go lucky girl who works at the hospital as a nurse, Momiji Kikyou, a positive thinking medical nurse, Mio and Mao Futami, a pair of twin sisters who have very contrasting personalities, and Yuina Tachibana, a serious and determined nurse who became a doctor after her brother's death. The last two main characters are Konoha Ichinose, a mischievous little girl who is a patient at the hospital, and her friend Kasumi Mihara, who is very energetic and is difficult to make calm down. There is also a cast of supporting characters, which includes Midori Sagawa, a waitress who works part-time at the hospital and has an overly curious personality. ==Main characters== ; :The main protagonist of ''21-Two One-''. After the death of his mother, he began to work as a surgeon in a hospital in order to help those in need. His childhood friend is Seri Sakaki, who harbors romantic feelings for him. ; : :Takuya's cheerful and happy go lucky childhood friend. In order to help him, she became a nurse in the same hospital he works as a surgeon at. Out of all people, she understands his pain the most. Despite the fact she has a high spirited personality, Seri can tend to act violently towards Takuya. She is a very positive thinker, and is rather carefree, but is still well mannered. Her baby face and childish personality make her popular with patients at the hospital.
